1. Enrollment and Participation
- All students must complete the registration process to enroll in a course.
- Students are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and respect towards instructors and peers.
- The Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who violates our code of conduct.
2. Fees and Payments
- All tuition fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of classes.
- Demo class fees are non-refundable but can be adjusted against course fees upon enrollment.
- The Academy reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.
3. Class Delivery and Technical Requirements
- Classes are delivered online. It is the student's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and functioning equipment (camera, microphone, instrument).
- The Academy is not liable for technical issues on the student's end that result in missed class time.
4. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, recordings, and curriculum provided by the Academy are the intellectual property of Harita Music Academy.
- Students may not distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without explicit written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Harita Music Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Amendments
- The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
