Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every student to have a smooth and meaningful learning experience. To keep our classes, teachers and batches well-organised, the following simple policy applies:
1. Registration & Admission
Once your enrolment is confirmed, registration, admission and administrative charges are non-refundable, as resources and your learning slot are reserved for you.
2. After Classes Begin
Once your classes or course access have started, the paid fee is generally non-refundable, as the teaching slot and learning resources have already been allocated.
3. If You Miss a Class
We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, fees cannot be refunded for classes missed due to personal commitments, travel, examinations, work or other reasons on the student's side.
4. Need a Different Batch?
Where possible, we may help you with a batch transfer or rescheduling. This is subject to availability and Academy approval.
5. If the Academy Cannot Deliver the Service
If, for reasons attributable to the Academy, we are unable to provide a paid service, we will work with the student to provide a suitable solution such as rescheduling, course credit, replacement service or, where applicable, a refund for the undelivered portion.
6. Technical Difficulties
Online learning can occasionally be affected by internet, electricity, device or platform issues. Such temporary issues do not automatically qualify for a refund. If a class is substantially affected due to an issue on the Academy's side, we will make reasonable arrangements for a suitable alternative.
7. Cancellation Before the First Class
We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellation requests received before the first class may be considered on a case-by-case basis, after applicable non-refundable charges and expenses are deducted.
8. Refund Requests
For any genuine concern regarding your enrolment or payment, please contact us through our official communication channel. We will review the request fairly and in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
9. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to take away any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
10. Acceptance
By completing the enrolment/payment, the student or parent/guardian confirms that they have read and understood this policy.
